MS Paint : Another Random Doodler / Dragon Chara

This was just a quick random bored sample "DOODLE" drawing. Do not take it seriously, i wanted to get some artistic energy out and put something on youtube! Thanks and enjoy.
That said what do you think of the character? I'm 50/50 on it, more or less. (NOT my art "style" or abilities but the design/character/colors etc.) I am aware of things wrong in my abilities etc. I'm working on them! lol
